This book is a gem! It's a very engaging and relevant book for anyone who wants to know about how to have a healthy, strong, and enjoyable relationship. Sumber's writing feels so good to read because it's real. He writes straight from the heart and gut and it feels like you're having a conversation with him...a conversation that is enlightening, empowering, and at times, hilarious! I love this book and I'll be sharing it with many people.
An excellent, insightful book on relationships and how understanding yourself allows you to give more to those you love. I am convinced the outlined program would work for anyone committed to having a loving and perpetually satisfying marriage.
This book is phenomenal . It is extremely motivating and is written in a way that really inspires you.

I received my book today and I'm already sinking my teeth into it. Jeff has a way of keep you engaged and uses real life situations that makes it easy to relate to. After being married for 20 years I thought this book might be just what we need right now. I'm so glad I bought it and I can't wait to share it with my husband and my friends. Really anyone can benefit from this book bc its about your relationship with yourself first.
Jeffrey’s book is helpful to people between relationships too. It is a book for the self and is a call to people to build a strong individual foundation to then be able to enter into a healthy relationship. Jeffrey combines concrete exercises with effective communication techniques resulting in an empowering book that you will return to over time. I appreciate Jeffrey’s continual reminders and re-direction to look inward and focus on ourselves instead of pointing fingers towards our partners and expecting them to magically change for us. This book is woven with care and humor as he utilizes theory from Martin Buber to Yoda – it is fun to read and renews my hope in healthy relationships.
I am a psychotherapist who works with couples and individuals. I also am a seeker of helping my relationships to grow and in accompanying others in their journeys to enhance their relationships. Renewing Your Wows addresses relationships in such a open-hearted way. It is easy to read and so down to earth. Mr. Sumber weaves some of his personal stories with what he has learned from his full history as a couples therapist with his clients. He also weaves in the wisdom of past seekers like Hafiz, and current researchers in the field of couples therapy and relationships. I have already offered this book to many of my colleagues, my partner and my clients. May the 'sparks" from this book spread into many relationships so that healing and connection can grow into more love for us all.
